Sascha Hein commenced his training in dental technology in his native country of Germany from which he graduated in 1997. He then subsequently worked in a number of dental laboratories in Germany, Italy, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. In 2001 he completed further studies in dental ceramics under Masahiro Kuwata in Tokyo, Japan. In 2004/05 he attended Master School in Freiburg, Germany where he graduated top of school and state. In 2007 Sascha Hein was inducted into the international Oral Design group by founder Willi Geller. Since 2010 he is a member of the Bio-Emulation group which enabled him to conduct independent scientific research to better understand the optical properties of natural teeth. He has authored numerous publications and lectures internationally. After ten years in Perth, Western Australia he now lives in the south of Germany again.

Daniel Edelhoff served as Visiting Professor at the Dental Clinical Research Center of the Oregon Health and Sciences University in Portland from 1999 to 2001. He is currently Associate Professor at the Department of Prosthodontics and Dental Materials at the University of Munich, Germany. He is a board certified Specialist in Prosthodontics and member of the German Society of Prosthodontics and Material Sciences. His research interests include all-ceramic restorations, post and core build-ups, and adhesive dentistry.
David Gerdolle was born in Epinal-France, in May 1970 and graduated from the Dental faculty of Nancy in 1993. He has then achieved a number of PGs in Oral and Osteo-articular Biology, Prosthodontics and Adhesive Dentistry.

Dr. Euwe obtained his degree in 1982 at the University of Utrecht (Holland).
His professional career started in Monte Carlo in a general practice, and following this he moved to Italy. Dr. Francesco Maggiore graduated from La Sapienza University of Rome, School of Dentistry, Italy. Dr. Galip Gurel graduated from the University of Istanbul, Dental School in 1981. He continued his education at the University of Kentucky, Department of Prosthodontics.
Dr. Gurel is the founder and current president of EDAD (Turkish Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry). Dr. Henry Ho graduated from NUS in 1996. He received his postgraduate degree in 2002 and a member of the Royal college of surgeon (Edinburgh). He specialises in prosthodontics and implant dentistry.
As a visiting specialist at the National university hospital and adjunct lecturer at the NUS, he is deeply involved in education. He’s a board member of the dental implant postgraduate program and also a regional trainer for University of Frankfurt. He gives lectures internationally.
Dr. Salama received his post-doctoral specialty certificates in both periodontics and periodontal-prosthesis, fixed prosthodontics from the University of Pennsylvania. Prof. Dr. Ivo Krejci graduated from the University of Basel, Switzerland, and received his Dr. med. dent. degree in 1986 and his Privatdozent (Switzerland) in 1993 from the University of Zurich, Switzerland. He is Fellow of the Academy of Dental Materials and has a postgraduate specialization diploma of the Swiss Society of Preventive and Restorative Dentistry. He is past president of the Swiss Society of Preventive and Restorative Dentistry, past president of the Academy of Operative Dentistry European Section, past member of the editorial board of the Journal of Dental Research and member of several associations. Prof. Krejci has published over 300 articles and book chapters on restorative concepts, CAD/CAM restorations, esthetics, posterior composites, tooth colored adhesive inlays, onlays and adhesive slot bridges, light curing, adhesion, glass ionomers, base materials, finishing techniques, compomers and lasers and he is author of three textbooks. DDS Jan Frydensberg Thomsen (JFT) graduated from the Royal Danish Dentist College in Copenhagen in 1986, where he practises part time general dentistry in Colosseumklinikken in the center of Copenhagen, with focus on occlusal reconstructions and esthetics with ceramics and composite. He also works at the department of dental materials and science at the University of Malmoe in Sweden.
JFT has and still participates in a lot of international lectures and symposiums. He has followed the postgraduate education at the Dawson Center of advanced Dentistry and at the Seattle Institute of Advanced Dental Education both in the USA. And he has participated in many lectures in Dr. Lorenzo Vaninis practise in Italy on Esthetic Composite restorations.

As a French specialist in glass ionomer cements, CAD-CAM materials, 3D printing, resin cantilever bridges, bleaching and resin infiltration, he has contributed to the implementation of innovative protocols in restorative dentistry, prosthetics and orthodontics. His involvement in research has not kept him apart from the liberal practice he has practiced in Paris since 1989.
Conscious of the importance of research in private practice, he has created a network of practitioners in the Practice Based Research. He was a founding member of the Academy of Adhesive Dentistry (ADDA) and a member of the editorial board of the Journal of Adhesive Dentistry. Currently he chairs the French Society of Dental Materials.

At the same year he was awarded the Alvein Krakow award from Harvard university for outstanding achievements in research, clinical care and professionalism in endodontics.
Currently, Khaled is a professor and chair of endodontics at King Abdulaziz University. Director for post graduate studies and training programs in endodontics and deputy director for the osteoporosis research center in KSA. Khaled holds private practice limited to micro-endodontics in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Khaled has been lecturing extensively nationally and internationally since 2003. Has contributed with more than 280 lectures and 77 full day or tow days endodontic courses with hands-on training component. He also, has many indexed publications in the field of clinical endodontics and in the fields of basic science related to endodontics.

Marco Gresnigt graduated summa Cum Laude in 2005 at the university of Groningen, the Netherlands. In January 2012 he obtained his PhD on clinical and laboratory evaluation of laminate veneers. Besides working at the university, he works as a dentist in a center for special care. Marco lectures at the Center for Dentistry and Oral Hygiene, and teaches masters students in a specialized program on esthetics and prosthetic dentistry. Besides writing scientific articles, he has published several articles on minimally invasive and adhesive dentistry in dental journals, and teaches post-graduate courses. He obtained several awards like: the NVGPT publication prize, Boering prize and Cavex prize. Since 2014 Marco became a member of the international Bio-EmulationTM group.
Dr. Martin Trope was born in Johannesburg, South Africa where he received his BDS degree in dentistry in 1976. From 1976 to 1980 he practiced General Dentistry and Endodontics. In 1980 he moved to Philadelphia to specialize in Endodontics at the University of Pennsylvania. After graduating as an Endodontist he continued at the University of Pennsylvania as a faculty member until 1989 when he became Chair of Endodontology at Temple University, School of Dentistry. In 1993 he accepted the JB Freedland Professorship in the Department of Endodontics at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, School of Dentistry. Dr. Trope is now Clinical Professor, Department of Endodontics, School of Dental Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. He is also in private practice in Philadelphia, PA
Dr. Trope has served as a Director of the American Board of Endodontics. Before entering full time private practice he was editor-in-chief of two journals, Dental Traumatology and Endodontic Topics. He also serves on the Editorial Board of Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and on the Advisory Board of Esthetic Dentistry. He has published over 180 papers and written many book chapters. In 2002 he was awarded "The Louis I. Grossman Award "for cumulative publication of significant research by the American Association of Endodontists. In 2014 he was awarded the Jens Ove Andreasen Lifetime Achievement Award by the International Association of Dental Traumatology.

Michael Klein, D.D.S. graduated from the University of Maryland Dental School. He went on to complete a General Practice Residency program at Woodhull Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Klein received his training in Oral Implantology by completing a two year, full-time Fellowship in Oral Implantology and Biomaterials at the Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. He then completed Specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.
Dr. Klein was a Clinical Associate Professor at New York University College of Dentistry in the Department of Periodontology and Implantology for 17 years. Dr. Klein is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He is a Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantology (ICOI). He is a Fellow of the Academy of Osseointegration and a Fellow of the Greater New York Academy of Prosthodontics. He has pioneered the technology used in computer guidance for dental implant surgery and holds multiple patents for this technology. Dr Klein founded Implant Logic Systems, a commercial leader in the development of technology, software and hardware for computer guided dental implant surgical procedures. Dr. Klein successfully sold the company to BioHorizons Implant Company in 2008. Dr. Klein is the Director of Advanced Implant Dentistry and Oral Restoration in Cedarhurst, New York, where he maintains a private practice limited to Prosthodontics and Oral Implantology. He has co-authored a book, The Atlas of Oral Implantology, as well as numerous book chapters and articles on Implant Dentistry. Dr. Otto Zuhr studied dentistry at the University of Aachen from 1986 until 1992. In 1992 he received his DMD from the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Aachen.
Several educational programs led him to Switzerland, Scandinavia and USA during the following years. From 1999-2008 he worked together with Drs. Bolz, Wachtel and Hürzeler in the Institute of Periodontology and Implantology (IPI) in Munich.

Dr. Pascal Magne is an Associate Professor with Tenure and the Don and Sybil Harrington Foundation Professor of Esthetic Dentistry in the Division of Restorative Sciences, University of Southern California, Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry of USC, Los Angeles, CA.
Dr. Magne graduated from the University of Geneva Dental School, Switzerland, in 1989 with a Med. Dent. Obtained his Doctorate in 1992 and his Ph.D. degree in 2002.
He received postgraduate training in fixed prosthodontics and occlusion, operative dentistry and endodontics, and was a lecturer at the same university beginning in 1989 until 1997. From 1997-1999, he was a Visiting Associate Professor at the Minnesota Dental Research Center for Biomaterials and Biomechanics, University of Minnesota, School of Dentistry. After concluding two years of research, Dr. Magne returned to University of Geneva Dental School and assumed the position of Senior Lecturer in the Division of Fixed Prosthodontics and Occlusion until his departure for USCSD in February 2004.
Dr. Magne is a recipient of multiple awards from the Swiss Science Foundation, the Swiss Foundation for Medical-Biological Grants, the recipient of the 2002 Young Investigator Award from the International Association for Dental Research and 2007 & 2009 Judson C. Hickey Scientific Writing Award from the Journal of Prosthetic Dentistry (category Research).
He is also the author of ca. 200 clinical and research publications on esthetics and adhesive dentistry and is an internationally known lecturer on these topics. After several years of training in the fields of aesthetics, function and milling in 2002 I did my master examination as an external at the Masters School in Nuremberg.

Dr. Kim is the Louis I. Grossman Professor and Chairman of the Department of Endodontics at the School of Dental Medicine, University of Pennsylvania. He earned his Dental degree and Certificate in Endodontics from the School of Dental and Oral Surgery at Columbia University in New York. Dr. Kim also received his Ph.D. degree in circulatory physiology from the Department of Physiology at the Medical School, Columbia University. In 2002 he received an Honorary Medical Doctor degree from the University of Graz, Austria.
Dr. Kim is well known and respected for his research in dental pulp physiology and microcirculation and the AAE has awarded him the Louis I. Grossman Award for outstanding research and the Ralph F. Sommer Award as principal author of "publications of significance in the science and art of endodontics." He is also the 1991 recipient of the Endodontic and Pulp Biology Research Awards from the IADR.
When he joined the Dental School at the University of Pennsylvania in 1992 as Chairman of the Department of Endodontics, Dr. Kim not only brought the department into the "New Age" of the Microscope but also established the Microscope Training Center at the School.
For this new field in endodontics he developed a series of endodontic instruments for endodontic microsurgery, specifically the KiS ultrasonic tips and a complete microsurgical instrument set. Since its inception, leaders in endodontic education and clinical practitioners from the USA, South America, Europe, Asia and Australia have been trained at the Center.
Dr. Tomaso Vercellotti earned an advanced degree in Medicine and Surgery from the University of Genova by graduating at the top of his class - cum laude status - in 1979. He specialized in Odontostomatology in 1984 and he is a now a visiting Professor in this reputable institution.
He is the inventor of Piezoelectric Bone Surgery Device and he authored the first scientific-clinical articles on Piezoelectric Bone Surgery, new surgical techniques and has authored two (2) chapters on the Piezoelectric Sinus Lift procedure in two instructional text books.

Prof Ziv Mazor is a leading Israeli periodontist. He graduated the periodontal department of Hadassah school for dental medicine-Jerusalem Israel where he served as clinical instructor and lecturer for undergraduate and postgraduate dental students.
Since 1993 Prof Mazor is engaged in clinical research in the field of Bone Augmentation and Sinus Floor Elevation. He is currently participating in the quest for improving and evaluating new grafting materials using various growth factors and utilizing innovative surgical techniques.
Prof Mazor maintains private practice limited to periodontal and implant dentistry in Raanana , Israel. He is a well published author on these subjects and serves on the editorial board of several international dental journals. Prof Mazor is a worldwide known speaker and has lectured extensively both nationally and internationally. He conducts and moderates advanced international implant courses and workshops. He is part of the continuing education faculty of NYU and an associate professor in Titu Majorescu University in Bucharest Romania.

Dr. Tripodakis received his Dental Degree (1973) and his Doctorate Degree (1994) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece and a Certificate of Prosthodontics (1979) and a Master of Science (1981) from Tufts University, Boston, USA. He has served as Visiting Assistant Professor in Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg Germany. George Papavasiliou is a Prosthodontist, currently holding the position of Tenured Assistant Professor, Department of Prosthodontics, School of Dentistry at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. He received his Dental Degree from the University of Athens in 1989. In 1992 he received a Certificate in Prosthodontics and a Master of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He taught at the same University from the position of Assistant Professor from 1992 to 1995.
In 1997 he received his PhD from the University of Athens, Greece and in 2000 he became a Lecturer in Prosthodontics at the same University. In 2004 he was elected to the position of Assistant Professor and in 2009 he got tenured. From 1995-2000 he served as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, USA.
He is teaching at both undergraduate and graduate level and was the Coordinator of the Graduate Prosthodontic program for the last 13 years. The last 20 years he is conducting basic and clinical research in biomaterials, prosthodontics and implants. He has published over 70 scientific papers, which were cited numerous times and received prestigious awards. He has given lectures and scientific presentations in over 20 countries worldwide. He is a member of numerous scientific organizations such as European Prosthodontic Association, International College of Dentists, International College of Prosthodontists etc. He is a Reviewer for the Journal of Prosthodontics and the Journal of Oral Rehabilitation. Currently ha holds the position of the President of the Board of the Greek Prosthodontic Society.
George Papavasiliou holds a Private Practice since 1995. From 2000 he is part of “Odontiki Anaplasi”, a practice limited to Prosthodontics and Implants situated near the center of Athens. In what regards implantology he has 27 years of experience with most of the major implant systems.
Dr. Dimitrios Papadimitriou is a graduate of School of Dentistry, University of Athens, since 2006. During 2008-2011, he received specialty training in Periodontics and Implants at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health, University of Rochester, NY. The following year he was awarded the International Team for Oral Implantology (ITI) Scholarship, where he continued his training in Implantology at the Department of Restorative Dentistry and Biomaterials Sciences, Harvard School of Dental Medicine. Diamantis Tassopoulos graduated from the Department of Dental Technology at the Technological and Educational Institute of Athens in 1999 and in 2005 received his diploma from the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He was a clinical instructor at the Department of Fixed and Removable Prosthodontics of the University of Athens from 2006 till 2012. Since 2014 he has been a lecturer in dental seminars regarding direct and indirect bonded restorative dentistry. He has participated in numerous congresses in Greece and abroad with scientific presentations. Since 2007 he has owned his private office in his hometown, the city of Elefsina.
Dr. Ilia Roussou received her undergraduate degree in Dentistry (D.D.S) from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. She obtained her certificate in Prosthodontics from the graduate program of Temple University, Philadelphia, USA. Continuing her graduates studies, Dr. Roussou obtained her certificate in Orofacial Pain from University of Kentucky, in Lexington, USA.
In 2004, she obtained her PhD degree from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. Following her professional training Dr. Roussou established a private practice in Athens, limited to Prosthodontics and Orofacial Pain treatment.
She is an assistant professor at the department of prosthodontics, dental school, university of Athens, Greece.

Since then he is the director of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Service at the Naval and Veterans Hospital of Athens,Greece. Dr .Fakitsas continued his training in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at 1995 and 2000 in the USA as well as in Germany. He has more than 180 presentations and papers in Hellenic and International academic activities. He is Proffessor at the Nursing School of the Hellenic Armed Forces as well as active member and Vice Presedent of the Educational Board of the same Academy. He is Visiting Assistant Proffessor at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Currently as Captain of the Hellenic Navy has served as Director of Hospital Affairs and Hospital Management at the Hellenic Naval Headquarters.
Dr. Kleanthis Manolakis was born in Thessaloniki, Greece.
He graduated from the School of Dentistry, Albert-Ludwigs-University of Freiburg, Germany in 1989. He also completed his thesis at the same university and was awarded the Ph.D. degree in 1991.
He was trained in fixed prosthodontics and implantology at the School of Dentistry, Department of Prosthodontics and Department of Oral Surgery, University of Zurich, Switzerland (1993-1995).
He is member of the European Association of Osseointegration, also a founding member and since 2012 Treasurer of the Greek Academy of Aesthetic Dentristry.
He runs his private practice in Thessaloniki, Greece, specializing in aesthetic dentistry and implantology.
Dr. Costa Nicolopoulos BDS qualified as a dentist in 1984 receiving his dental degree cum laude from the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. He graduated top of this class with rank order No.1 and received numerous awards including the Gold Medal of the Dental Association of South Africa for the most outstanding graduate. In 1990 he completed his 4 year full time postgraduate Maxillo-Facial & Oral Surgery training at University of Witwatersrand, South Africa and was awarded FFD (SA) MFOS.

Michalis Diomataris received his DDS in 2009 from the University of Athens Dental School, Greece. In 2017 he received his master specialty from the postgraduate program of Operative Dentistry of the University of Athens. Since 2011, he is supervisor in the education of the undergraduate dental students, in the contemporary principles of esthetic and restorative dentistry.
In 2013 he receives the first award of a national competition between the postgraduate students of Operative Dentistry of the national Dental Schools, presenting a case with the topic of “class IV restoration of a maxillary central incisor”.

Dr. Nikos Krompas graduated from the Dental School of the Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki in 1983.He works with his wife in Athens Greece focusing on Implantology and Fixed Prosthodontics. He has presented more than 80 full day, hands on seminars on Occlusion, Implant Prosthodontics, Esthetics with all ceramic crowns and veneers and Advanced Treatment Planning .He has a special interest in bone biology around implants and has done clinical research comparing different implants and split mouth studies for immediate loading for posterior Astratech implants. Dr. Andritsakis graduated from the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece in 1992. Dr. Spyros Karatzas graduated from the Dental School of University of Athens Greece in 1990. He has also received a D.M.D. degree from Boston University. He completed his specialty training in Periodontology and Implants at Eastman Dental Center of University of Rochester New York in 1994, where he received his Masters Degree in Dental Research in 1995. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology since 1996. At the same year he won the Michael Bonocore Award for outstanding Scientific Merit from the Rochester Section of the International Association for Dental Research.
Dr Spyros Karatzas has served as full time Assistant Professor from 1995 to 1996 at the Dept. of Periodontology and Implants of University of Rochester Eastman Dental Center, and from 1996 until 2000 at the Dept. of Periodontology of Goldman School of Dental Medicine of Boston University.
He is currently Clinical Instructor in the Dept. of Periodontology of the Dental School of the University of Athens Greece, Visiting Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Periodontology of Boston University, and Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Dept. of Periodontology of University of Rochester. He is the editor-in-chief of the Endo-Perio Journal, and in the editorial advisory board of the Journal Esthetic Dentistry and Implants.
Dr. Karatzas is the Vice President of the Hellenic Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry, the Vice President of the Dental Association of Achaia, and member of the board of the Hellenic Academy of Microscopic Dentistry. He has a private practice limited to Periodontology and Implants in Patra Greece, where he emphasizes in plastic periodontal surgery and hard and soft tissue reconstruction around implants and natural teeth. He has been a member of the organizing committee in several dental meetings and lectures extensively on topics of dental implants and periodontal plastic surgery.
Dr. Stavros Pelekanos received his undergraduate degree in Dentistry (D.D.S.) in 1991 from the University of Athens, Greece. In 1993, he obtained his doctoral degree in Prosthodontics (Dr med dent) from the University of Freiburg (Prof. Dr. J.R. Strub), Germany. Following his professional training, Dr. Pelekanos established a private practice in Athens, oriented towards prosthodontics, implantology and esthetic dentistry.
In 2002, he was appointed full-time Lecturer at the Department of Prosthodontics, Dental School, University of Athens, Greece, and is now Assistant Professor in the same department. Since 2013 he is an active member of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry (EAED). In 2008 and 2011, Dr. Pelekanos received second and first prize at the scientific award competition of the European Academy of Esthetic Dentistry held in Madrid, Spain and Istanbul, Turkey respectively. To date he has published over twenty articles in peer reviewed journals and 2 chapters in books.
Dr Christos Krasadakis graduated from the School of Dentistry, University of Athens, in 2006. Following that, he studied at the Medical School, University of Athens, and graduated in 2010. In the year 2011 he worked as a resident in General Surgery at Evangelistria Hospital of Tripoli, Arcadia, for a year. Since May 2012, he has been working as doctor at the Maxillofacial Surgery Department of KAT General Hospital of Athens. He has been certified as First Aid Instructor and as a specialist in Advanced Trauma Life Support and in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ATLS Provider, ACLS Provider). In the past 3 years he has been voluntarily coordinating and delivering first aid courses in public and private schools of Athens. He has also given numerous presentations in greek and international scientific conferences. Over the last few years he has been practicing in oral surgery, facial esthetics and facial injectables (Botox, Hyalouronic Acid). He has also been involved in training doctors and dentists to incorporate facial injectable treatments into their daily clinical practice.
